OPI Axxium soak off Gel – is actually designed for those who would like to do Gel Nails by themselves! The user-friendly system is in fact very attentively designed. However in actual application, a person who has little experience with manicures will find it hard to do. So in the video, we would like to firstly – share the official application method suggested by OPI, and secondly – give some tips to people who want to try on their own.

The system we are going to talk about is LED Gelcolor – which actually belongs to the OPI Axxium Soak-Off Gel family. LED Gelcolor is an improved version Soak-Off Gel which requires much less processing time, is more durable and easier to soak off. The improved Top Gel can also display a fuller body-texture of the final look. Now let’s take a look at its application procedures.

Procedure to use O.P.I Gelcolor:

Step one: Basic Manicure(push cuticle, remove all non-living tissue)

Sharp free edges with a EDGE white240 file Dust and cleanse with N.A.S  99 Apply BondAid ph blancing agent

Step Two: Apply Gelcolor Base coat

Shake bottle well Polish on thin coat and don’t miss the free edges Cure 30 seconds (1 min. for Axxium UV light)

Step Three: Apply Gelcolor

Shake bottle well Polish on thin coat and don’t miss the free edges (2nd will provide true color coverage) Cure 30 seconds and repeat application with cure (2 min. Axxium UV light for each coat)

Step Four: Apply Gelcolor Top Coat

Shake bottle well Polish on thin coat and don’t miss the free edges Cure 30 seconds Use Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99 to remove residue

Finish: Apply Avoplex Oil to cuticles to massage hands and arms
